What data we process

When you send an inquiry, we process your name, company, email address, phone number, the content of your inquiry, selected services, budget range and attached files. To prevent abuse we briefly record the time of the request and your IP address.

Purposes and legal basis

We process the data to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and contact you about a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Inquiry data and files are kept for no longer than 24 months after our last communication if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, data is kept as required by the contract and applicable law.

Recipients

Data may be processed by service providers we use – website hosting and email providers acting as data processors under contract. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and software libraries are served from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, request data portability and withdraw consent at any time. Email andrius@netgroup.lt. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
